I've been waiting for this thread, and I finally found it! lol Shelly, can I move in with you? I love it, all those animals! And surrounded by such gorgeous horses! I know how you feel, I get very attached to all of my animals, and I have a very hard time parting with them. I'm very paranoid that NO ONE can take as good care of them as I do, which probably isn't true. But, trust me, these two babies will be smothered! And these two have got to be the biggest yearlings I've ever seen! The pic of me, Regina, and both babies? Good grief! I can't wait till this weekend when I can actually spend a good amount of time with them in the daylight!! I'm so excited! And I'm definitely getting a lot more pics!

Rae....I have absolutely no doubts that Zeus and Saleena (if that's still her name? LOL) will be well taken care of, and just as spoiled and loved, by you and your sister. Trust me, if I had the slightest doubt about that....you wouldn't of gotton them.

Yea....they are pretty good size for being yearlings. I don't know what I do different from anyone else, but it seems like everything I do and have is bigger than the norm. LOL

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did, and I can't wait to see update pics of both of them. Thank you again for opening your heart and your home to them.

I believe you! As special as your babies are to you, I know you have to be incredibly picky when it comes to new homes. That's one reason why I'm so grateful that you'd entrust us with their care.

Yeah, they are BIG. LOL! Maybe they just make 'em better up north? I dunno.

BTW, her new name *might* be Annie. I can't decide!

They're doing great! These are two easygoing youngsters, I'm tellin' ya! I just spent a good amount of time out there earlier, took 131 pics. Those two were like my shadows! I had to run away just so I could actually take pics.

Here's one, with Chief behind them, Regina's 3yo gelding.

I tried to groom them, too, but the wind wasn't cooperating.

And I guess Saleena's new name is Annie. lol And she's quite the talker, too!

Gosh...they look so relaxed and settled in already. You must have that special touch, because while Saleena....OOPS!....I mean, Annie is pretty easy going....Zeus is a little high strung. He's probably waiting to show you how high strung, and checking out your tolerance levels first. He needs to know how fast he should turn and run before he pulls anything on you. LMAO

Actually, he's a pretty good boy. He just needs to be taught a few things. I think both of them are gonna be awesome horses when they become adults.

I am so glad you and your sister are happy with them. It makes me feel good knowing they at least went to people who love them and appreciate them. Thank you again.
