Tom_thumbs??

Many people tell me they like them but then I have had many people tell me they like them.

My trainer personally doesn't like them at all.

What do you guys think of them? Like them? Don't like them? Please explain.

with the VERY straight up and down shanks, the length of the mouth peice to where the headstall attaches and the fact they will collapse on the jaw makes them a VERY poorly designed and nasty bit.

lol. Yeah, they actually are really cool for decorations due to the shape. But not for a horse's mouth.

They are junk....
Why? Many people think that they are non-harsh and a great bit...

They have a 2 piece mouth piece, small shakes that are straight.. Seems logical right?

They're unbalanced, the straight shanks are a nightmare to the mouth and they are junk.... So i'd listen to your trainer and stay farrrrrr away from them... Unless your destroying them =).

I agree. They're good for nothing but a place on the bit wall of shame or in the garbage. The two local tack shops I frequent won't even stock them.
