Today's update....5 days since he came home...Pics too...

So far so good! He's out with Sage and Black Gelding....(still don't know his name...I just call him Blackie, or a few other not so nice words)

He's gaining, he looks like he feels great. I havent' seen him do much but eat, drink, and get pushy (which that got nipped in the bum really quick)

But the skin underneath the broken dead skin is healing up....which is what the pics are of.

And yep, the hair IS growing back on the damaged area!!! AND the right COLOR!

So far, from what I've seen....that HAS grown back....














Pics are at a bad angle....but you can see the difference .....

Good hearted people can still abuse and neglect horses...... How can someone complain about those that do abuse/neglect, then abandon the same horse? I'll never fully understand anyone.

AND we are still sound as can be at the trot.....trots freely too. **continues to cross finger that rotation is minimal**

Wow Michelle! Those don't even look like the same legs we saw photos of a few short weeks ago! And it's great that hair is growing back too. Blister has come SO far ... I pray he's headed for a full recovery now!
