Okay folks... here is MY take on this...

The dark marking on the HEAD & NECK is what will be the deciding factor for you.
If the dark color on the head extends down the front of the neck and CONNECTS to the dark on the chest (which I cannot tell in the photos you posted) then the foal is a TOBIANO. The dark color on the head extending down and connecting to the dark color on the chest is what forms the "shield"
If there is white on the front of the neck, separating the dark color on the chest from the dark color on the head, then the foal is a TOVERO.

Well I think tovero, since she has that marking on her lower flank (sorry forgot where that's called) Does she also have any blue eyes? It says that on the apha site also.

Tobianos can have white on their faces, it says right in the APHA description for a Toby that their face white is of a solid colored horse. So, a blaze, star, stripe, snip..... any goes. They can't have the apron face of an overo...

Anyway, I would call her a tobiano, given your choices (although that sabino gene could be causing more white on the faces of your baby's siblings, to cause them to be closer to tovero than tobiano). I think your little girl is closer to tobiano, though, and very cute!
There are 3 types of overo.... 1) Frame, 2) Sabino, and 3) Splash. So in fact Overo is responsible...

Well I will try and answer all the questions.

1) I do have pics of the stud but not on my comp. But i will try to get some.
2) no she does not have any blue eyes. Neither does the father or other foals.
3) No the dark head does not connect to the chest.
4)She has a normaly marked head EXCEPT for the white that runs under her chin to under her jowl.
5) I will try to post somemore pics so you can get the best idea of what she looks like.

I really appreciate all of your help, she has really got me stumped!
