What's the difference between a hunter and jumper class.

You mean like the difference between a hunter and a SHOW jumper? Hunters basically jump lower fences and go for style and looks whereas Show jumpers or stadium jumpers, have bigger jumps and go for speed Is that what u meant?

Hunter is judged on the horses style and form over fences. Also the ability to make lines and lead changes. Course are usually very simple: Outside, diagonal, outside, diagonal, natural lookings jumps w/ flowers and brush Jumper isn't really judged. It's basically whoever gets around the fastest with the least mistakes. Jumper courses are tougher: roll ups, shorter lines, colorful jumps
