Tips For Getting The Best Pic of My Horses

I have to take three good pics today of three of ours to be used in their 'for sale' ads. Any tips you can lend me? I plan on jumping Cali & just haltering Bandit & Halo for the pic. I don't know what to do with Halo's mane yet either.

For bandit and Halo - maybe hold up a treat! and if halos mane is real long i would pull it and just make sure its on the right side, and make sure all of the horses are real clean.

For jumping cali, i would do some kind of grid so her knees are nice and tucked up. take a few and make sure theyre tucked up and its a good quality picture

Do you have a digital camera? Those are the best because you can take tons of pics and then just delete the ones you don't like.
Do you have any other pictures of your horses that I could see? Then maybe I'd have some suggestions for you, but I don't know what your horses look like so I don't have any ideas.

If you're getting confirmation shots, kneel down and stand more towards their hip/back end.

Don't take promo shots of the horse from headon; the result tends to be distorted, long & narrow/ cartoonish.
