This is the reason...

..My mum doesnt let me near petshops anymore. I always come out with either a fish, or rat, mouse, cat, etc

Meet Wedgetail (wedgie), a miniture bantam chicken. We think he's a couple of weeks old due to him just getting wing feathers.

I found this on a site

Miniatures are usually one-fifth to one-quarter the size of the standard breed, but they exhibit all of the standard breed's characteristics.

So he proberly will still be fairly small

Oh I know what your parents mean. All teh cute kitties that come into the shelter thats located in the petstore I work at I want to take home (I also work at the shelter too though) Im actually better than my parents though. My stepmom sees a kitty she think isnt doing well and takes her home right away even if we dont have space for her. She just "makes" space for it.
