Things to Bring to a Show (list)

Does anyone have a list of things to bring to a show. I dont want to forget anything when we go. We have one on the 24th, providing Flint is doing better. Were only doing HUS, maybe halter if they allow english attire in it (its mainly western people) Were mainly going for fun but if he places well we may go all year and hopefully win year end or something in HUS

I think there is a lot of threads with show lists in them try a search. LOL it takes a lot of work to compile everything you need for a horse show into a list. Maybe we should make the "The Ulimate HGS Show List." LOL -unless there is already one created a while ago... hehe.

Yeah, we could do a list for each discipline, and then perhaps underneath have one for each event such as under 'English' we have Hunter Under Saddle. I don't know, does that sound good? I don't have a lot of time until after this weekend, maybe towards the middle of next week perhaps I could. But we need to get someone who is good/experienced in each one of those categories. Or we could do, a category with "grooming" stuff, and then one for "English riding" blab blab.

That sounds good. How about when we have time we can PM each other with the List update and such and then post in together on a forum instead of adding a ton of lists to it.

I have this thing with bringing everything to a show. TP and safety pins, rags and blankets, ribbon, sponges, leather shammy, screwdriver etc. Its kinda funny cause I filled up the back seat and trunk with my stuff for one day (thank gosh my mom has a locking cover on the back of her truck) and we live a whole 3 minutes away . But ya, bring odd things like:
siscors
a pen
screwdriver
safety pins
TP
blankets
twine
buttons and thread and needles
paper
rescue remedy (I don't think I would ever take my horse anywhere without it)
plastic bags
kleenex
leather cleaner
buckets

thats all I can think of for now.
