Both pictures are of Parker and my mom. Mom is 5'2" with the shoes on, don't let her hair fool you into thinking she's taller, lol, only 20 months difference between the pictures.

Well, he's on pasture 24/7 (hay in the winter), with a salt block, and water. My bet is the water, LOL.
