i was going to make a contest but how do i make a poll at the end??? just a little off topic but how?

There is an option at the end asking if you want to make a poll. It is below the box where you enter text, and I believe you click to put a check mark in a box for the poll, and then when you hit submit post it will bring you to a new place where you can set up your poll.
