The foaling season is near

Oh I can't wait to start seeing posts of new little foals. Just curious how many of you are expecting little ones and when are they due. Can't wait to see those adorable pics of the 2005 foals.

and we have 2 coming.

A Guaranteed Gold / Puchi Trap foal at the end of May which will be a full brother/sister to my 2004 Faux Finish filly (crossing my fingers for a fabulous buckskin & white sabino colt!) and a Sato / Perfect Music foal in April (hoping for a fabulous palomino & white colt from that cross!)

I can hardly wait!

Healthy foals to all, and a safe foaling for all of the mares as well ...

Unfortunately, we no foals coming in 2005.

However, this will free up alot of our time for playing with and finishing up and starting all groundwork on all the young horses we have. We'll have a 3 yr old, two 2-yr olds, and two yearlings...to be working with. All of them should be easy to do things with, as they have already been handled multiple, multiple times(at least once a day).

We will be breeding three of our mares in the spring, for 2006 foals. We should have some great foals in 2006, and we are really looking forward to those foals.

Best wishes to everyone expecting 2005 foals, I hope you all have some fabulous foals come spring.

Sugar is due in April. She will be having a full brother or sister of Ace. I am really curious to see if it will have as much color as him. We have had 2 for 2 so far...

1. Is Ace -Chestnut, Lots of color
2. This is her first foal Boomer-Palomino, Lots of color, different sire
