That 4'' makes a difference !

I was riding stormy yesterday, at a walk in a round pen! (yayness) when i though about how different he is from gracie. His walk has a huge stride so you feel like your on a boat lol and he seems so much taller! That and he is so narrow...not arab narrow, like, saddlebred narrow lol like, umm... 8'' narrow lol!!!! And it makes it so much easier to reach "the buttons"

Whether he knew it or now, we now, move of of my leg cues, either right left or foward, stop with out bit contact, and back up. Me and my knew *sob* trainer are treating him as if he's green. We are planning to have his wolf teeth removed due to further inspection that they, well, get in the way. But i am planning in working him mostly in a halter and a bosal, so yeah.

Could it of been his feet making him buck? He had low heels and flares, he still has low heels, but he has no cracks or chips.

Sounds like he is coming along great. The best thing about older greenies is they are more mature mentally than the younger 3 year old and 4 year old even 5 year old greenies like my mare... shes..well... I think she was dropped on her head at birth lol. Good luck with him and when are you going to show us some pictures?
