Another fairly easy trick to teach is bowing.

YOu could teach her to rear on command. But I have heard that can get dangerous when someone does it accidently and they rear up. But I couldn't tell you how to do it or if it is hard or easy. You could teach her to side step. Without being on I mean. Just on the ground. I could give you a rough guid on how to do that. But I have only taught two horses that.

wink

Do not teach your horse to rear. I would even go so far as to advise not teaching your horse to nod his head.

Umm...
"kiss" your feet while you´re riding,
bow(when you´re NOT on wink ),
find out in which hand you´re holding a goodie and politely point on that hand(with his nose, but without touching the hand) to get it
...? that the kind of things you though of?
Btw... I have to agree with dawn: DON`T TEACH YOUR HORSE TO REAR

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by picking up a foot, but it seems as though that would teach the horse to paw or possibly strike. To teach a horse to bow...

have someone hold your horse on a lead line
take a treat the horse likes
let him see it but don't give it to him
stand at his left shoulder
hold the treat behind and between his front legs while saying bow

At first, the horse will probaby just reach down with his head and possibly bend his leg slightly. Make sure that you're on soft footing. Eventually, you can get him all the way down to the ground.

Hi, I have a 7 year old paint gelding and he does tons of tricks. And the number one thing is your horse has to be flexible they are just like humans they are not all made for gymnastics. First i would start by doing stretches like take a carrot and stand on either the right or left side near the side of his butt and hold out the carrot so he reaches for it do it on both sides they are great for stretching.
