TB rescue/adoption in or near PA???

does anybody recommend any?
im beginning to search for a new horse. i want an OTTB (i have experience. i have the help of a trainer. so i dont want to hear the "you dont know what your getting into .." spiel. my mare now is an ottb. i know A LOT of others too. if you dont agree with me, than please just dont respond. im not asking for opinions here)

i am not interested in rehabbing one. id love to, but i dont need that right now. i want something i can bring right back into work after some "down time". it can be right off the track, or have started some training.

i cannont spend over $1000, so CANTER is sorta out of the picture. ive looked through so many, i dont even remember.

so what TB places do you recommend?

I've known several very nice horses who have been adopted from there
