tb-photos of your horse and sire and/or dam?

well i just found a website for my tb's sire so im excited, ill post photos of joker and his sire (sire looks stocky to me for a tb, jokers not, lol) anyways here goes trying to post photos

1st is his sire
2nd and 3rd are joker (russian star)

I read somewhere that a lot of TB breeders "fatten" up their studs after their racing career, so they look nicer looking for prospective mare owners.... Where I read it said it's a bad thing because it leads to health problems for the studs, founder being one...

He's definately beautiful, though! So is your guy! He looks sweet

That stud is like the old Thoroughbreds that were used way back for Quarter Horse breeding. Like Three Bars, etc...

ya ive heard stallion owners fatten them up a bit to look nice and because they lose a lot of weight in a breeding season. hes not fat in the photo, just "thick" id say.

zorse, idk someone on islandhorses found the sires site for me, but i could have done a google search for his name and found it.

This is my Buggs' sire Langfuhr. I would post a pic of her dam but my scanner isn't working!!! The people I got Buggs from sent me some photos of her being born!! The second pic is Langfuhr, the first is Bugsy
