I know I said in another post tonight that I wasn't going out to look for a stud, but thalking about it gets me anxoius! Lol. These two stallions, are two that I found tonight that I really like. This doesn't mean I am going to definatly breed to these guys, or even breed at all, but with that said: If and when I breed, I am looking for a foal that will be a registerable dressage prospect. I'm open to what specific breed, but I will not, and I have said this before, breed to a stud just because 'he looks pretty' The first guy I found is Raleigh's Full Moon. 16hh 1300lb cremello QH. Stud Fee of $950 Registered with AQHA, APHA, AAHA, NSHA, PHA, ACWHA. Trained in dressage, hunter and WP. Out of Moss Marriah, By Sir Raleigh James ![]() Videos: http://www.mccallstudios.com/moonrock/video.htm The baby would be registerable with: AHQHA(American Half QH...) PHA(Palomino Horse Association) ATHA(American Trail-Horse..) APBHA(American Part-Blooded Horse Association) Taj Mahal is the other guy I am interested in. I have to say he appeals to me more right now, but part of it may be that I am in love with BestOfPrincess' colt, Cosmo by Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal: 16.2 1500lbs Stud Fee of $1000 ![]() I prefer his movement undersaddle..and his head is amazing to me! Videos: http://www.wolfsongfriesians.com/movies/taj_lunge.wmv http://www.wolfsongfriesians.com/movies/taj_steph.wmv http://www.equestrian.nu/movies/taj_nancy.wmv http://www.equestrian.nu/movies/taj_troy.wmv Baby would be registerable with: International Fresian Cross Association Fresian Sporthorse Registry American Warmblood Registry As well as the ATHA and APBHA. A picture of Honey is coming although I still don't have a real good one of her conformation..not a recent one anyways. I don't have a recent under saddle picture either.

I like them both! Here is the most recent picture I have of Honye. It's not the best picture, but it's the only one I could find right now..I'll keep looking

I was actually looking at the first one about 6 months ago. I decided on another one when the time comes but I really still love the first guy.

They are both gorgeous horses. I think that the first one would produce the most conformationally correct foal with a quarab mare but I think there are better prospects out there if you are looking to produce a dressage horse. For the cost of those stud fees I would rather breed to a proven warmblood stallion and get something a little bit more suited to dressage. Just my opinion!

I was looking at Warmbloods too, but I am looking alot at registration also.. I've decided Taj Mahal wouldn't be right for Honey, even though BOP's mare produced an awesome foal with him. Like I said before, I'm not rushing into anything, and nothing is definate.
