I must say I am quite impressed that you bought him for his personality first and his color second =). Personally, just put me on a good horse and I am a happy camper. But all too often I see the avid color breeders just trying to turn a quick buck. I have nothing against color, just think it should be personality first and color second, and you obviously agree (I think most everyone on this forum does as well, this is really a great place). Gorgeous stallion, obviously does his job well and has a wonderful conformation and color to boot. If you lived closer and I still had my mare (for some reason I dont think my gelding would take too well to me booking a breeding..) I would love to have one of his foals. Good luck with him at your next show, he really is a stunner.

Thank you for the luck!! That would be great if you bred her next year. Feel free to contact me regarding next year. I would give you a great early booking discount if you want to book early before next season. He is also listed as approved with APHA to breed paints.

Thank you for the complements. I too know what it is like to have a gelding you wish was a mare so you could breed it. LOL
If you are interested in one of his babies, contact me privately and I would be willing to work something out with you. We have some really nice ones out of great mares. Thanks again. Jessica

I'm very excited..I talked to hubby and he said "we'll see" so usually that is a YES!! My mare so far has been bred 3 times. Twice before I got her to a solid palo QH and threw a palo tobi both times and then I bred her to my B.S Sorrel paint stallion 4yrs ago and she gave me a stunning sorrel tobiano! (so nice we kept him!). I'll keep working on him and hopefully you'll be hearing from me soon!

That's good about your husband. Tell him you will get a good discount too if you book early... Sounds like she is a nice color producer, so it should be neat to see what to throw!!
Buckwheat is 15.1.

I just love seeing pictures of this boy Those photographs are just beautiful. He really is an asset to the colored performance horse world. I WISH I still had my TB mare...I'd love a nice little Appendix baby who could do pretty much anything!
