I would first look around at different stallion's websites to get some ideas...
Find a website where you want to set the page up...there are places all over the internet..pick the one that suits you.
Get some really good photographs of the stallion as well as any of his get...if any.
Then you start setting up the page...be sure to include the stallion's name, pedigree, his show record along with any wins or titles earned.
Include his stud fee and contact information of the owner or stallion manager so people will be able to contact them if they are interested in breeding a mare to the stallion...I suggest giving: a telephone number, mailing address, as well as an email address.
Other things to include...if there are any guarantees or additional fees such as a mare handling or chute fees, breeding incentives (such as special consideration to winning mares or multiple mare discounts, advance booking discounts....ect.)
Photos of any winning get along with their wins and or any titles they have won or earned.

I did what Sandra suggested and designed the one I liked based on several different ideas picked up from other sites.

You can look at my site listed below if you wish.

Your biggest thing you should remember is ---make it easy to navigate.
