| Senior Member+ | Strange Hair Growth Okay...Buggs has always had a star on her forehead and thats it, but now out of the blue (literally - it wasn't there two days ago!!!) shes got a patch of white between her nostrils! Shes almost 4... I've never had a horse suddenly get another facial marking at this age, is something wrong with my baby?! Heres two pics...One from awhile ago and one from today which isn't that flattering but I needed to get a pic of it. Her haircoat is changing, its coarser because shes living out, but no one else grows mysterious white spots in the winter!! |

| Senior Member+ | I showed my trainer today when I saw it and she looked at it, touched it and thought it was strange too. Im going to ask our vet when he comes down to the barn though. I don't know if it just happens because shes got a winter haircoat and it'll shed out or if its there to stay (I hope not!!) Shes never had winter woolies before. |

Yes, what breed is she? Alot of breeds turn diffrent colors, get new spots etc. as they get older.
