I'm glad somebody else had the guts to say that because I thought so too! I'm also hoping that is NOT the case....BUT...sure seems otherwise to me.

Not trying to be snarky at all. Wow that is a strange twist to asking someone who lives in the area and does rescue work if they can help.

Tammy, we've talked a number of times. I specifically DO NOT respond to SH on the forums any more because it's seen as an attack every time. NOW, look at what I posted already again below! HOW ANYONE can construe that as an attack, well I just don't have a clue??????? This is a REAL AD and a REAL SITUATION that is REAL!!!! Forgive me, but I thought as she talks about working rescue, if she COULDN'T do it herself, she WOULD have the contacts to make something happen. I said it here and before, I DO NOT DO RESCUE AND DON'T HAVE THOSE CONTACTS. I can sure call AC, but wouldn't it be a shame to further slap this woman if it's not a neglect case yet, and SOMEONE who does do this sort of thing could help her? Next time I see something like this, I SURE know this is NOT the place to bring it for help. Rescue section my A$$.

Being completely serious here, lets see you put your contacts to the test. If they cannot be moved, then they need homes or AC to step in. I do not "rescue" horses so don't have "those" types of contacts for a reason. You do.

Like I said, it's not what I do, but it's what she does.

I can't imagine the condition they're in if they are already in danger of starving to death.

SHAME ON ME for thinking a REAL SITUATION would be seen as just that. I give up.

I cannot imagine how anyone could see this thread as an attack or snarky unless their just looking for an excuse. Either a person does rescue or they talk about doing rescue either way wheres the attack intended?

Given that SH is conveniently unavailable is anyone else going to call AC? I live in TX but my cell phone allows free long distance calls, anybody want to give me the number of the local law enforcement with an email address so I can send this ad to them?

Really not kidding I will call.

I don't see where shes conviently unavaliable she just isn't on here. Sometimes people actually do other things then be on this forum. I leave for work about 2:30 P.M. and don't get home till 5:00 A.M. It just could be shes somewhere else has nothing to do with being " conviently unavaliable " .

I think this is better left to a PM to see if she can help since only her name was mentioned. Besides if she is busy, she is more likely to see a PM rather than a thread.
