starving horse HELP!

help i know someone that is keeping a horse and it is literally starving to death there are no rescue groups anywhere near me i offered to buy her from them but i dont have enough can someone please help me??????????????? she is being kept in a nasty filthy stall with access to grass or anything else.........she is abag of bones her back is even sunken in please help me

What state are you in?
I would call the humane society and see what they will do.

the police will also help. the usually have certian officers that deal with animals. they could find somewhere to bring the horse.

CALL THE POLICE!!!!!! They will help you find an horse rescue for it to go to. I feel so sorry for it!!!

OMG!!! i cant belive it! you should call the police. thats cruelty and almost a law breaking. tell them!
