Starved Horse (MY HORSE!)

Here are some pictures of my mare who was straved for two months by her owner....I sold her than got her back once I found out her condition! Sellers be careful who your horse goes to! I Sold her to a seemingly "nice" lady and believe it or not the good pic's are her BEFORE...the thin ones are AFTER (Now)!

She was also EXTREMELY NERVOUS WHEN WE GOT HER BACK!
(She is currently gaining!)

Video is her now

BEFORE:

AFTER (NOW):

That is really sad. You can never be sure, really. Glad you've got her back, though. What a shame what people do to their animals. I would sell an arm and a leg to make sure my horses are happy and full and healthy.

Just think of how I felt when I seen her after two months of being told via email that "She is doing Great!"

Grrrrrrr....it made me soooo mad...and very sad! Ruby is old......between 18-20 yrs old too so i think that makes it a little worse on her!

That is so sad, poor horse! Some people should not be able to own horses! I am glad she is recovering from her starvation....Cathy

Thankfully she's back home with you, and now that you have her, I'm sure she'll gain and will blossom again.
