![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Starting to Get Worried-Girls Only
I've had my first ever period on February and my second on March. And now it's August and I've scared. It has been around 5 months after my second period. Is this normal...?

That never happened to me, I would call your doc.

In the beginning your periods will be very irregular. Often not coming for long stretches of time. Unless you are, or have been se.xually active, you really don't need to worry. |

Its normal, they will be pretty irregular for a while, but 5 months might be a little much. You could call the doc to be on the safe side, but I am sure theres nothing wrong

The same thing happened to me when I started my period. My doctor told me that things wouldn't be "regular" until I physically stopped growing. If your really concerned, just go talk to your doctor

When you first start it's like super irregular, but one your older it's more of a routine.

At first it will probably be irregular. But i'd call your doctor and see what he/she says. Going a long time without a period isn't a good thing. I had irregularities and it turns out I have PCOS >.>
