well i didn't ride yesterday cause i didn't get home till after dark but i rode today even though it was getting close to dark. I brushed Cody off real quick and picked his feet real quick. I put his hackamore on and led him out of the pasture. i closed the gate and pulled him up beside it i stood on the gate and hopped on his back (BAREBACK! YAY!!!). we worked on stopping and going. i barely had to put pressure and say "whoa" to him to stop adn i clucked once and said walk on and sometimes i applied a tiny amount of pressure to his side and he went like an angel. I rode for about 20 min. then took him to the barn gave him his grain and hay and came home after i told him abtou a million times what a good boy he is. I LOVE this horse to death and i feel like we are definately getting somewhere.
