I think she looks much nicer. I like her back and her underline. Her sire is pretty though and so is her mom!

Caruso J only had 2 foal crops. I think there was 15 or 16 in all. Most were PB Andalusians and a few Aztecas. CJ and Cleo were the only blacks that he sired (Thanks to Velvet!) and the only Hispano-Arabes. Caruso J was gelded at age 5 because his owners got divorced and didn't want to share the stud fees! How lame. Anyway, Caruso J is a happy 10 y/o gelding now. I get a letter from his owner from time to time. She always says CJ and Cleo were the best foals he had, but I think she is just saying that. I am sure the PB ones were better.

Velvet definitely gave Cleo her pretty head; not that Caruso had an ugly head or anything

. She also gave Cleo more depth to her girth, her cleaner throatlatch, and her legs.

Overall, Cleo is a very nice blend of both of them in my opinion.

Yes, Velvet is gorgeous, but then I am very partial to Arabians.

Yes, Cleo looks lots like her daddy, and her mommy too. They are all 3 gorgeous but I think Cleo is definetly better looking then her dad.

I don't have any good standing pictures of CJ but I think he is heavier built than all of them!! He is full brother to Cleo

her brother is really pretty too!!! they all are lol but i think that cleo, her dad, and her mom, ARE a lot more "refined" then cj. because he has a more "stock" look to him lol but hes still gorgeous nonetheless.

CJ has a great personality like Velvet does, but Cleo....I don't know where she came from sometimes! She can be horrible sometimes. I wonder if that is from her daddy too? I never met him in person.
