I can't point out any fault she have. She was shown in halter as foal. Before training she was high whithered, she was skinnnnnnnny, she had a weak neck.
After training(three years living with me) she have very nice muscles, she built a lot of back muscle, so she have like no whither. She put on some weight.

Well, if you are looking for a reiner....maybe look into Little Bay Starlight some more. He seems like a nice stallion..beautiful color, nice head, nice size hip, wide chest, and look at his pedigree...Doc O' Lena(Cutting horse), Poco Lena(Cutting and Halter horse), Doc Bar(Nice Halter horse, offspring did well in cutting), Peppy San Badger..........thats pretty nice. I like him......but definately look around somemore......find a stallion that is going to cross nicely with your mare....pick up on what she is lacking...push/help along with her good features.

Best Wishes!

First of all, they are ALL gorgeous! The Buckskin reminds me of a horse I used to work with when I taught lessons. He lived to 35 and he "taught" lessons all the way until the end....he loved it, he would prance and he was SO good with the little ones.

It depends on what you want to use the baby for...some of them look like WP or cow horses, and a couple looked like the could do HUS or H/J. What is the plan?

I already have a picture of her head.
Is Fancy your mare? If she is 16.1 hands ... for halter that is WAY tall.... why did you say she is small for halter? You mean muscle wise?

What type of showing are you going to do? Local/4-H/Open or AQHA..? That makes a HUGE difference.

Honestly it is going to be VERY difficult to get an all round horse with any of those horses you showed us, AND your mare if she does the above.

To have a Halter horse, go with a stocky horse... sometimes those muscles get in the way of reining and pleasure showing... they are bred specific for mass and it is hard for a halter horse to do pleasure sometimes. If you do get one that can, great, but it will be very stressful on them. If you want a reiner, go with a stud specific for reining.... If you want a HUS, go for a HUS stud....

Guess I am still unsure what you want!

When we look for a stallion to breed a mare to we look for one that is of similar build to the mare we are looking to breed. Naturally we want a well conformed Stallion that is strong in the traits that we want to improve on with our mare, but never look at, or even consider, a stallion that is really different than the mare.
We do not believe in breeding to horses that are so different when it comes to conformation and even height. Our successes have come from breeding two individuals that are quite similar and yet complement each other. So I would look carefully at your mare and then look at stallions that look quiet like her, yet are better in the areas you think your mare needs a bit improving.

I like Tivio Leo Reed, but Little Bay Starlight is in close second. Pass the Assett is too delicate looking, and I don't really like Sweet Talkin Chip. Kids Classic Style is pretty, but looks to be only good for halter, and I don't like the HYPP N/H.

QH Girl, she is tall, yes I mean small as muscle wise. Sorry for the confusen.
I would like to get a reiner with a stocky build, but that it pretty rare to find. But I will just keep searching.

Qh girl, you pretty much read my mind!

I don't want it TOO stocky.

I don't even know exactly know what I want. My mare is lean.
Something lean for reining, but something stocky.

*Kids Classic Style* Too stocky for my taste; he's linebred a bit too which isn't a bad thing but it's not anything that will help you get a reining horse.
*Little Bay Starlight* Hmm like this horse quite abit but a little turned off by the head and neck contrast
*Tivios Leo Reed* Pretty & quite the looker, but not a lot of showing under his belt
*Sweet Talkin Chip* Real beauty but I'd like to see an actual picture of him rather than just all those fancy-shmancy drawings
*Pass the Asset* Why in tarnation are you looking at an english horse if you want the real-deal in western?

How much money do you have to spend on a stud fee? One horse you posted was pretty new in the ring and only had a $750 fee; another bosted one of $3500. For that kind of money you could be looking at some studs of amazing quality. What's your mare bred?
