What do you think of this stallion? we are thinking of breeding my horse Dixie to him but we don't know yet. Thanks

Your mares got a really sweet face and a kind eye. They are both are gorgeous horses and seem to have pretty good confo (to my non expert eye anyway).

Sorry im just not crazy about him. There was a really pretty paint stud I was looking at. give me till tomorrow and I'll remember it lol

truthfully, I dont really like that stud... he just doesnt make me go "Oooooo!" He sounds nice on paper though... What do you want to do with the baby?

He is pretty, but he has a long back as does your mare. You will defenitely get a baby with a long back. I would try and find a shorter backed stud to breed to your mare. You dont want a long backed baby cause it is so much harder on them to collect and all when you are finally able to ride them.

I agree about the long back. Also he's toed out behind and has rather upright pasterns. I will say, his coloring is stunning, though...

Your mare is beautiful and the stalion, while not as 'eye catching' as the mare, is gorgeous! Their foal will be beautiful!
