Just a quick note to let everyone know that we (well...at least one of us will ) be heading out to do our spring semen freezing tour in the next couple weeks. We will be going south, through Texas and then heading west through New Mexico, Arizona and California. We'll head north in California and then cut across the northern part of the country and head east. Once we get to the east coast, we'll be dropping through Pennsylvania and down through Virginia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Kentucky, etc.
If you are interested in being included in the tour, please contact me and I can put you on the schedule. We charge $375.00 to freeze a single ejaculate or will do a package of four ejaculates for $1,200.00. We can store the semen for you or you can store it locally. Just some information for you - the average stallion produces between five and fifteen insemination doses per ejaculate. Frozen semen, if handled and stored properly will last, it is estimated, up to 50,000 years. Great insurance policy, especially if you are selling breedings to your stallion.
