Question Spot Cleaning Product

A while ago, somebody posted this tip, cant remember who though...

If it’s too cold to wash your horse, get a bucket of water and add a very small dollop of shampoo. Dunk a small towel in, and wring out the excess water. Scrub the towel all over your horse. If foam appears, there’s too much shampoo. Because only a small amount of shampoo has been used, it won’t need to be washed out

Now, I was just wondering, Would be able to make this up in a bottle?
So I can just spray it onto the dirty spot, and then scrub!!!!
I was thinking just puting some water in a spray bottle with a small amount of shampoo.

Does this sound ohk?

And about the spray,Is it good value?
Some similar sprays you need to use like half the bottle for it to even make a dent.
lol
