Someone Who Is Talented With Photoshop Needed!

I have a question to see if someone can photoshop for me. I dont know if its possible, but if anyone can help me that would be great.

I need to know if someone can get rid of the bright eye and if someone can sharpen the picture so it isnt so blurry..

Ok..so I blurred out the background, messed with the brightness/contrast, and sharpened then softened him out a little. I tried, haha.
