If I came onto one of your posts and asked if you always rode like that, I think it'd come off as rude. My opinion though.

And yes, either that pen or his other pen. Why? Is it not adequate for you?

You're welcome Tallpine. Hopefully I could shed a little light on the subject. I go on another board that is mostly ranchers and buckaroo type cowboys and I get **** all the time for riding so kneed up and such, but there's a reason

Somebody didn't have their wheaties this morning. Tallpine asked if your "trainer" always rode like that, not you. Since body position is so important in cutting you'd think the 3 minutes it takes to adjust the stirrups would be a no-brainer. My opinion though. The reason I asked about the pen is that I saw no lights in any of the pictures and you said he rode nights. Must have them on the other pen. Nice horse by the way.

Sorry if I stick up for my trainer who is also my friend. If someone was being rude about one of your friends you'd get offensive too.

He has a night light, which cannot be seen in those pictures, but the moon does provide enough light to ride. That I do know.

And I honestly don't see where his stirrup length is of any concern........But wait a minute...I did post this thread in "Critique My Trainer" section.

Sorry if I come off rude, but it's show weekend and I get my "game face" on and get agitated easily. But it rubbed me the wrong way that you feel it's a "no brainer" to adjust stirrups when he NORMALLY rides with them short. What difference would a hole adjustment make? If he's comfortable then so be it.

What an absolutely gorgeous horse! I do so love Tex.

And as for the 'back seat' critiquers, I think it'd even the scales if they posted some video of THEMSELVES riding before they start running their chops about something they know absolutely nothing about.

HERE HERE think of it like this a jumper rides two to three holes SHORTER then a Dressage rider

cutters rider shorter then pleasure riders and honestly most barrel racers ride longer
