I just saw a thread in Horse Training and it reminded me of this...
I live in a small town and you run into people all the time. About a year or so ago, I started talking to this lady, we were all being nosy and snooping through the new model homes in town

Well, she started talking about her horses and described them a little. Said she had two mustangs, a "Blonde" and a "Brunette" A little bit later she said something and I said, "OH! I know where you live! It's .........." and she was like "Yep! That's me" (The blonde was a buckskin and the brunette a bay

)
So she's telling me her family adopted these two mustangs a few years ago. She said her husband was running one around and it fell over DEAD?????? So, they called the BLM and were given a new mustang!
So anyways, that was the last I saw of her... One day I was out riding with my mom and we came up on this girl riding a little buckskin appy. I had seen that she was having trouble with it, her dad was driving behind her and kept getting out to walk the horse. When I got closer I could see that she was kicking this horse and doing everything she could to go forward, to no avail. It would stop and not budge, her dad would get out and walk it, go back to the car... I saw it was the little buckskin mustang of that lady I was talking to.... it's a very distinctive looking horse.
So, anyways the BLM was back in town a month or so ago. I went up to see the horses and there was that lady again. We started talking to her again and she was telling us how great her daughter was doing with their mustang and how she's jumping it and all this stuff!!! I'd like to see that... this was a week after we saw her out riding the trail....
