Smokey Black TB mare

Anyone know of a smoky black (or the potential to be smoky black) JC registered TB mare?

Where's TCF when you need her? LOL

My good friend could answer this question but she is in the hospital (just delivered her first child yesterday). I do know of about 5 at least... but I don't remember their names.

She exists Mutrok... I saw her no less than two weeks ago. When my friend gets home I'll have her relocate her for you.

LOL! Well we'll see if my friend feels up to some internet play when she gets home tomorrow... if not I'll go looking for her myself.

Whenever she feels up for it would be great. I've been there...computer is not the top priority for her at the moment

Do you happen to remember which dilute line the cream is coming from?

Here I am!!!

I honestly dont know of any confirmed, known, smoky black TB mares. Some RUMORED ones, but nothing recently and nothing confirmed with DNA tests.

It is rumored that perhaps Tootsie T (Milkie's dam) was, simply because the palomino colour had to come from SOMEWHERE! It is also rumored that Milkie's sire was in fact a Quarter Horse and since neither blood typing nor DNA existed back then, 42 years later, how are you going to prove or disprove that one???

It is rumored that Lucky Two Bits, Glitter Please's dam, was a smoky black or buckskin (again - his palomino colouring had to come from SOMEWHERE!) and the latest rumor is that his (Glitter Please's) sire was a palomino Saddlebred (!)

Puchi Trap has something like a 7% chance of throwing a smoky black sabino. I'd LOVE to see that happen!

But back to the original question - to the best of my knowledge, no smoky black verifiable TB's exist out there - yet!
