Question silly question...

Ok, here is a real beginners question...

When I'm shopping for riding breeches, how do the sizes compare...???

Is the 24, 26, 28 the waistsize?

Or is 24 a particular dress size, as in a "4" or "6" or so...

Does anyone have any fav. low ride riding breeches? I can't stand high cut pants...

Thanks for any and all help...

Um, yest I HAVE bought pants before...

However I wasn't sure about the sizing since I got conflicting information...???

But thank you for the info, anyhow..

I just want a couple of breeches (nothing fancy) that are lowcut.
