Side Saddle

I was watching a movie where a girl had to ride side saddle. I've only saw them in movies. I was wondering if anyone actually does ride side saddle?

i know a few people, but my old trainer did and she was good she jumped 4' riding side saddle talk about crazy lol.

they say side saddle is more safe than all other types of riding? Crazy if you ask me!

OMG, I thought you were kidding when you said jumping side saddle. Gosh, thats scarey...pretty impressive. Makes me wonder how good that is for the horse's back tho??

I have one.. but it is OLD so I wouldn't think about riding in it

Side Saddle cross country is pure MADNESS LOL.
Though I know that a lot of hunts used to have women riding side saddle and that's pretty much considered cross country. *gleep*

I don't but I have riden sidesaddle before and it was kind of scary at first but then was pretty fun. I would be too scared to jump in a side saddle lol but I would like to learn how to
