Okay I spoke too soon. Today when I went to give her a bath and braid her she was a total nut again! And this was at home! She must've sensed that something was up. Anyway, I decided I'm going to take Beauty instead. We're leaving in about a half an hour. I'm taking Angel to a schooling show so hopefully we can work through some of these problems then. Thanks again for all of the suggestions.

That is horrible. Do you have anyone around you that can help you with angel? Do you think she needs to be sent to a trainer for a month or two to get her over this "issue" of being nutty?

Good luck this weekend....

Can you just take her not banded and all that? Maybe just to ride her around OR just let her stand at the trailer and "learn" to accept shows?

If you have at least a two horse, I too would take both. I would ride her on the grounds , then decide which one I was going to show. She may be just fine once you get there (and her buddy is with her). Of course that means you have to bath and braid two horses, just in case : )

I would have loved to have taken both horses. However, it was a sanctioned dressage show that lasted from Friday until today and the closing date had long since past. Therefore I could not get an additional stall for her and I hated to just take her and then not show (the show just costs too much money!). I took Beauty instead and she was an absolute doll! Unfortunately she does not have then natural gorgeous movement of some of those warmbloods but she held her own! Her highest score was a 66.7% at Training 1, 63.5% at Training 2, 65% at Intro A, and 63.6 % at Intro. B. She did very well and she is such a sweetheart! She just tries her little heart out! She ended up with two 2nd's, a 3rd, and a 5th. Next weekend I will be taking Angel to a schooling show. Luckily my coach is coming down (she lives about 4 hours away) and will be able to help me with her. Thanks again for all of the help. I really appreciate all of the suggestions!:-)
