Should I cover her again ?

I teased my mare for a week ,noticed her in a strong heat on March 3rd.
Bred her on March 4th dont think it was succesfull as she is a maiden and it was my stallions first time too.

bred her again on the 5th went really well.
left her alone on the 6th
teased again on the 7th she didn't seem to be in standing heat, tried kicking ect...

Thinking that would be it and would either get an ultrasound done or see if she comes into heat next month, I decided to tease the other mare. Had the girls in the stalls and teased with the stallion. The first mare still appears to be in raging heat, turns butt to stallion, winking let him lick her behind ect..without any (get away from me ) behavior.

seeings how it has been 8 days since she was first covered do you think I should try hand breeding them again or ?

I don't know this mares heat cycles as she is new to me.
any advice would be great. thanks
