How do you get a horses coat shiny where it looks like it is wet but not?

Good health starts from the inside out. Vegetable oil and rice bran can be used to bring a nice shine on the coat. Feed it with caution as they are also very high in calories. 1/4 cup max per day.
Don't forget the elbow grease.

Like everyone else said, good feed and elbow grease, veggie oil works great, if you dont want to you that, there is a specific supplement for horses, to produce a nicer coat. Its called Super 14 and is made by Farnam.

Like MissB said, good skin and coat starts from the inside out. Vegetable oil in the feed works really well.

If you just want it for the showring, there's a huge variety of spray-on shine products out for horses. Straight Arrow, World Champion, and Absorbine all make great ones!

ive been using super 14 for about a month now, and so far im not very impressed with it. just to for-warn you

I have always used Farnam's Vita Plus & Super 14 and have always been more than satisfied with the results.
