She's back and in action!!!!!!!!!! (*finally*)
*Knock on wood!* As some of you may know I own a 10 y/o tb/hanavarian cross. She was once abused and since then has had major REARING/rushing/fright/comfort problems and I have made a few posts about how to get her to slow down over jumps. Well two weeks ago on a tuesday we had a chiropracter come out. He said that her pelic bone had rotated and was causing her spine to arch so it was causing her major discomfort since she wasn't able to use half of her muscles to lift her self off the ground with her hind end. He did a number of different things and some made horrible popping noises too. Since then she has been doing good but I hadn't had a lesson with my trainer so I wasn't sure if I was imagining things or what and thats why I didn't post andything on here. Well today we had our first lesson with our trainer since the chiropracter came out and adjusted Maddie. She was absulotly
!WONDERFUL! I was sooo surprised! She doesn't particularly like my trainers ring becuase it is smaller then the one that we have at home and usually runs around and around it because she can't collect herself and gets frustrated but today she was calm-cool-and-collected!!!! I was so good!!!!! At the end my trainer goes "You've got your 25 thousand dollar horse back!" I was so happy. See the people who abused her spent 25,000 on her and messed her up and gave her away to anyone who would take her and now we think she's better then she ever was. So to all you people I just want to say WATCH OUT! Shes back and in action!!!!!!
lol im soo happy! just wanted to share that miracles CAN and WILL happen it just takes time and patience!
