One question-does the tail have to be washed? Or can it go without if it is clean?

alot of time I just brush mine well and put it up... I always use some type of conditioner before I wrap it though ...

ok, so question.
how do you keep the knot from slipping down the tail when you tie it at the top part, below the tailbone? i'm confused at that part, and how it would not slip down the tail..

This method works really well I have used it before and it does help the tail to grow. Or maybe it doesn't help it to grow but since you haven't seen how long the tail is for a while it looks like it has grown. lol..who knows but it does really help.
