How long does it take a foal to shed out?

I was told several weeks to a month, but that could be totally wrong.

I think its a bit longer than that because the foals are extremely healthy and they were born in may and they aren't shedding out yet.

I have a foal that is about 6 weeks - she started shedding out around 3/4 weeks around the eyes and nose. Still has along way to go though. Not sure when they are completely finished shedding.
