Awe! How cute! Just be careful. She may accidentally hurt you, and she may begin to feel as if you're on the same level and wont respect you. And it's just an annoying habbit.

My young guy will do that occasionally to me, except he uses his lip and just moves it back and forth on my shoulder while I'm scratching his neck. It's cute. But like said, don't let it get too far.

As long as it's safe, and no biting, then not a problem. I do some stupid things with my horses, like put a cookie in my mouth and let the horse take it from me. Yeah, not smart.
