Shave dah baby! (Pictures!)

It has been so hot here lately, just miserable for a little baby with a thick coat...

And anyway I wanted to see what she really looks like under all that fur! So I grabbed my clippers and absolutely tortured Allure with them. HAH! She was a doll for the whole thing! Stood still with minimal fidgeting and let me go to town! The only part she was a little iffy about was her ears... I'm sure the vibrating against them felt weird and they were probably pretty loud right there. So we did one and left the other for another day. She's now going around with one fuzzy ear and one shaved!

My clip job is AWFUL! Oh well, she'll be cooler now AND from a distance she looks pretty good! I left her whiskers and some eye goggles for flies. I did buy her a fly mask, but of course it's too big (EVERYTHING seems to be too big for my little Arabian)!

So here are the pictures! Man, check out that sweet little face! And the trot, too! Very cool. It's hard to believe looking at these that she wouldn't be a bit bouncy, what with the reach and overtrack, but she's really soft, just moves like a cat! She kept trotting up behind me as I was sitting on the ground in the round pen and scaring me! Brat!

Now that is outstanding lady or filly I should say love her. She is going to be something as she matures I feel. Love her markings so much honey. When she is old enough to put some muscle on and conditioning she is going to be something else... Bless Ya.

My boyfriend says she looks naked. Typical QH guy!

He may just have a thing about "naked"...

I've had several people tell me that if she ever comes up for sale to drop them a line, and I just find that so flattering. Very proud of having bred this one!
