Does anybody have any experience with Schleese Saddles?

I am currently in search of my next horse, and am looking at saddle options. I have ridden in "the wave" before and loved it. How is their customer service? Has anybody had any bad experiences with them?

I bought my last 2 saddles from them, one from the owner of the company himself, the other from local reps.

I remember when I was at the Equine Affaire and Jocqan (did I spell that right?) was fitting me, he looked at me, told me "I'm going to put you in a saddle you will hate, just watch". I sat in it and it made me sit forward, put my legs in chair position, and it was just uncomfortable. Then he said "Ok, but you will love this one". When I sat in it, I felt perfect. My legs stayed long, my seat upright, it was great. They really do know what they're doing.

I currently have a 5 year old model air Wave saddle, and I absolutely love it. Their customer service it great. My horse was fit for his saddle, but after a week but I still didn't feel completely comfortable in it, so they came back out free of charge to fix it. If you buy a saddle from them, they also have a very good used leather/iron package, my leathers (which were supposed to be used) came with tags still on because they didn't have the size I wanted, so they sent me new ones.

If you want to know anything else, I have 6 years worth of experience working with them, so hopefully I can help. I don't usually care so much for any product, but I would recommend spending the extra money and investing in one of their saddles.
