Why is it that people have to scam?

Why do they have to put at animal at risk to get what they want?

Do they not think that it will come back and bite them hard in the a** 10 fold?

Why is it that rescue's and boarding facilities get scammed the worst?

Because the want to believe that people are like them and will do the right thing.
