SBR Formula One "Buckwheat" picture in Aug AQHA Journal pg 113

To our surprise Buckwheat is in the August AQHA Journal on page 113 on the title page of the Rail and Pattern Section. We were unaware that he would be in there and I got an email from a mare owner a couple days ago who bred her mare to him last year that said “I’m pretty sure Buckwheat is in the journal on page 113, I would know that face anywhere, congrats!”. I was puzzled so she scanned it and emailed it and sure enough there was his sweet face. She got her issue 3 days before me.

Ya they did! You have good attention to detail...not that I didn't know that! LOL

That is really his right side. When I got it on my phone from Robin texting it to me, I was like well it sure looks like his face but something is not right, so I walked in the living room and looked at the 2 big protraits I have of him and realized...they flipped it. LOL
