My western saddle blevins is rubbing on my horse, theirs no leather behind it, its an old saddle but i got if for free and it fits and it works. I was thinking if i wraped vet rap around the flap if that would work, any ideas?

Excellent idea. You can also wrap a piece of foam in there too.

Come to think of it, Vet wrap is somewhat abrasive - try duct tape instead. It comes in so many colors now.

Ok. The rub mark is just gone now, it was not bad at all but i wanted to give him a few days for it to heal before i rode him again. Im going to ride him today, and see if that works.
