I would have to say no.

It's hard to tell from the angles. But it looks like it's sitting down signficantly in the front and popping up in the back.

I'd actually like to see it moved back at least one inch.

The saddle is too far forward for one. I also think that it looks too wide in the front, causing it to tip down.

Is he standing downhill? The posts and background of your photo seem level...

He is standing slightly downhill but he is also currently butthigh (he is only 3 yrs old).

Here he is in the same spot but slightly over more lol

That photo gives us a better view of his build. The saddle is definately placed quite a bit too far forward.

Agreed. Get a level, square picture of the saddle on him pushed back an inch or two.

Then, we can really see how it fits him.

It's too low in front (right bar angle, but just a tad too wide in the gullet) and it's too long for his back. You have it 1-2" too far forward. If you move it back to the right spot, the rear skirts will be over his loins.
