You might look into a cashel reverse wedge.

I really like the Cashel reverse wedges, but it may be too thick. She mentioned a Wintec riser is too thick. I've had both, and the Cashel is thicker than the Wintec.

It's not too wide. It follows the angle of her shoulders/back well. Crayon just has some withers. How is it when you sit in it? Can you still get a finger in there? Have you ridden yet? Good sweat patterns? You could try double padding it: use a shaped fleece pad and a square pad. That might give you enough lift without changing the fit too much.
