Sabino???

When we got Charlie his owner sent him with a folder filled with all kinds of papers and such on him, but on the front it said "Two Eyed Star Bee 15hh Bay Sabino Quarter Horse Gelding". I thought that Sabino was just a paint pattern? But he doesn't have any paint markings on him or anything

Could this be referring to something else? Or could it mean that he carries some kind of genes or something?

Does he have a blaze, white down over the nose or chin? Socks or stockings that come to a point?

He has a pretty big blaze, I'll get some pictures. He has a sock that I think might be considered a point.
